I am a busy work at home mom, have been married to my wonderful husband for a little over 20 years. We have two fabulous children that we love to be around.
I was a RN for over 14years. I absolutely loved what I did, but once having kids (especially after the second one) I had gotten very tired of working nights, weekends and holidays. I really wanted to stay home more with my family then go to work.
One problem with that: I still needed to earn my income. I couldn’t just come home and not earn any money. My husband had tried several businesses in the past in his quest to be able to work from home making a great income. I had tried another business as well where I was a distributor. I liked that company and the products; but for me I realized being a distributor was not what I liked. I didn’t want to do the billing, collections, bagging of products and delivering of those products so after a couple years I stopped.
I then found our company 8 years ago and have never looked back! I built my business as I still worked as an RN. Within two years, I had replaced what I was making and was able to retire. Retire! At 38 years old!!
Being home full-time with my kids for the past six years has been great. I have been able to host room parties, attend field trips, pick them up from school if they were sick and be home to help with homework. I love picking them up and being able to be the first one to ask how their day was, what was one good thing and one bad thing that happened to them that day.
Nothing can replace the time we spend together and I am completely grateful that I have a supportive family. They are truly the ones that have made it possible for me to work from home.
